Terms of Service

By using the platform, users represent that they are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, or that they have obtained any authorization legally required for use of the services on devices they own, purchase, or manage.

To access or use certain services, including browsing, purchasing, or account-related features, users may be asked to provide information such as email address, billing details, shipping information, and payment details. All information submitted through the platform must be correct, current, and complete, and the user must have all rights necessary to provide such information.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or licensed to another person without prior written authorization.

Reasonable efforts are made to present products and services as accurately as possible through the online store. However, colors, textures, finishes, and visual appearance may vary depending on the device, screen configuration, display settings, and viewing conditions used by the customer.

No warranty is made that product appearance, presentation, or subjective expectations will match exactly how an item appears in digital form. Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and quantities are subject to change at any time without notice and at sole discretion.

The right is reserved to discontinue any product, limit quantities, and restrict access to certain products or offers on a case-by-case basis by customer, region, or jurisdiction.

When an order is placed, it constitutes an offer to purchase. If Travese reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order at its discretion. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been received, processed, and confirmation has been issued by the store.

Customers should review all order details carefully before submission. Once an order has entered acceptance or processing, cancellation requests may not be possible. If an order is declined, modified, or canceled, reasonable efforts may be made to notify the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.

All purchases are subject solely to the applicable return or refund policy. Customers represent and warrant that purchases are made for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export unless expressly authorized.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability are subject to change without notice. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, or import fees. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and reflected in the order confirmation.

Customers agree to provide complete and accurate payment, account, billing, and shipping information, and to promptly update any information necessary to complete transactions or maintain communication. By submitting payment information, customers represent that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all charges incurred will be honored.

All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather, regional issues, high-volume periods, verification stages, or other circumstances outside operational control.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass in accordance with applicable law and the store’s shipping policy. Additional shipping details, timelines, exceptions, and eligibility conditions are governed by the Shipping Policy and any related published policies.

The platform and all related content—including trademarks, names, brands, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, layouts, design elements, product reviews, and site arrangement—are owned by If Travese, its affiliates, licensors, or their respective owners, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the United States and other jurisdictions.

Use of the platform is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only. Without prior written permission, no material from the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, transmitted, downloaded, stored, publicly displayed, publicly performed, or used to create derivative works.

Nothing in these Terms grants any license or right under any patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other intellectual property right of If Travese, Shopify, or any third party, except as expressly provided. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The platform may provide access to tools, features, or resources offered by third parties. These tools may be made available “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, endorsements, representations, or conditions of any kind.

No responsibility is assumed for third-party optional tools, and any use of such tools is entirely at the user’s own risk and discretion. New features or resources introduced in the future may also be deemed part of the services and remain subject to these Terms.

The platform may contain links, embeds, materials, or references to websites, tools, or services operated by third parties. Accessing any third-party website or service is done entirely at the user’s own risk. No responsibility is assumed for examining or evaluating third-party content, products, services, terms, or accuracy.

If Travese is powered by Shopify, which provides the infrastructure that enables the store and related commerce services. However, purchases made through the store are transactions directly between the customer and If Travese. Shopify is not responsible for the products purchased through the store or for any injury, damage, or loss arising from such transactions. To the extent permitted by law, all related claims against Shopify arising from store purchases are expressly waived and released.

All personal information collected through the platform is subject to the applicable Privacy Policy. Because the services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may also be collected, processed, or transmitted by Shopify and related third parties for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. Use of the services constitutes acknowledgment of the applicable privacy practices.

If ideas, suggestions, proposals, reviews, feedback, plans, or other submitted materials are sent through the platform or by other means, a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license is granted to If Travese to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in any medium for lawful business purposes, including commercial use.

By submitting feedback or content, the submitting party represents that it has all rights necessary to do so, that the content does not violate the rights of any third party, and that it does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, obscene, or malicious material. No obligation exists to maintain such submissions in confidence, provide compensation, or respond.

The right is reserved, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, refuse, or remove any content submitted through the platform in sole discretion.

Occasionally, the platform may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information relating to product descriptions, availability, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or transit times. The right is reserved to correct such information, update content, or cancel orders where inaccurate information has affected a transaction, including after an order has been submitted.

The platform may be accessed and used only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, harassment, abuse, impersonation, transmission of false information, malicious code, spam, scraping, phishing, data extraction, circumvention of security measures, and any conduct that may harm the platform, its operators, users, or service providers.

Automated tools, robots, spiders, scraping systems, extraction tools, agentic systems, and similar technologies may not access or interact with the platform except where expressly permitted and operated in compliance with all restrictions imposed by the services.

If an agent or automated system is used, it must clearly identify itself, must not conceal automated behavior, must not mimic human interaction to bypass restrictions, and must comply with any technical or operational limitations imposed on agent access. The right is reserved to restrict, suspend, or terminate any access that violates these Terms.

Access to the platform or any portion of the services may be suspended, disabled, or terminated at any time and in sole discretion, without notice. Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to the date of termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, privacy, and enforcement, will continue to apply after termination.

The platform, services, and all products made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No representation or warranty is made, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, availability, security, or error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, If Travese, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, agents, licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, replacement costs, or similar damages, arising out of or related to use of the platform, services, or products purchased through the platform.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless If Travese, Shopify, and their related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, or misuse of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with any referenced policies or operating rules, constitute the entire agreement governing use of the platform and supersede prior agreements or communications relating to the same subject matter.

Users may not transfer, assign, or delegate rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. If Travese may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations without notice or consent where permitted by law.

These Terms and any related agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable federal and state or territorial courts in the jurisdiction where If Travese is headquartered. Users consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The most current version of the Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes, to the extent permitted by law.
