Return Policy

This Return Policy explains the conditions, timing, and process for approved returns, damaged orders, and related requests.

Overview

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original condition
  • in original packaging with all included components
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before any item is sent back.

All returns are subject to review and approval.

If approved, instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Product Integrity & Verification

Due to the nature of our products, certain items undergo individual sourcing, handling, and verification processes.

As a result:

  • not all items are eligible for return
  • return eligibility may vary depending on the product category, condition, and fulfillment process
  • items that do not meet return criteria will be declined

This policy exists to preserve product integrity and quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • items missing original packaging or components
  • items designated as final sale
  • items that fall under restricted or non-returnable categories

If you are unsure about eligibility, contact support before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Orders should be inspected upon delivery.

If an item is:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • incorrect

contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Photos are required for review.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item:

  • request a return, if eligible
  • place a new order separately

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to withdraw within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.

Items must still meet return condition requirements.

Refunds

Approved returns will be inspected upon arrival.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • processing may take up to 10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
